What is Kudratt's general return policy?

We understand the financial constraints of people and operate in a low margin model through which we make sure that our customers get the best price for their product. In our effort to make products available at more affordable prices, we do not keep any profit margin to support Returns or exchanges.

If the product is damaged and is covered under 1 year of manufacturer's warranty, its possible to get a replacement for the product or get any broken part repaired or replaced. 

In any situation, we would not be able to take the product back and issue any refund.

The item(s) must be in an undamaged packaging. If you do not have the boxes, use a box of similar size. If the item was delivered unassembled, it should be returned unassembled.

If your location is far from our business main location, you can ship the product to our address or contact us to arrange a pickup at an additional cost which would depend on the kind of product and the distance from our warehouse.

What is our mattress return policy?

Once the mattress is used, we do not take any returns. There are no trials for the mattresses we sell. As much as we would like to support returns, but our goal to keep the prices low does not allow us to take returns.

If you have purchased a mattress which comes with a warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. For mattress repairs, please contact us on the mentioned email in the section below.

Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?

Yes, applicable return shipping costs will be charged to you. The shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method.
