What is Kudratt's general return policy?

We understand the financial constraints of people and operate in a low margin model through which we make sure that our customers get the best price for their product. In our effort to make products available at more affordable prices, we do not keep any profit margin to support Returns.

If the product is damaged and is covered under 1 year of manufacturer's warranty, its possible to get a replacement for the product or get any broken part repaired or replaced. 

III.    This manufacturer's warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only.  

1. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Examples of wear and tear are as follows but not limited to: Cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials, and stains.
2. Damages resulting from improper assembly and/or installation are not covered by the warranty.
3. Products that have been altered in any manner that departs from their original design are not covered by the warranty.
4. Damages resulting from and/or other undesirable outcomes of cleaning products are not covered by the warranty.  
5. Damages resulting from using a product in a manner other than its intended design are not covered by the warranty.  Examples include but are not limited to standing on a chair, jumping on a bed, or using any non-commercially graded product for commercial purposes.
6. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental loss and/or damage such as but not limited to scratches to a floor and/or loss of personal effects.  
7. Goods used in an environment other than which they were intended, such as but not limited to, using indoor goods outdoors, are not covered by the warranty. 

In any situation, we would not be able to take the product back and issue any refund.

The item(s) must be in an undamaged packaging. If you do not have the boxes, use a box of similar size. If the item was delivered unassembled, it should be returned unassembled.

If your location is far from our business main location, you can ship the product to our address or contact us to arrange a pickup at an additional cost which would depend on the kind of product and the distance from our warehouse.

What is our mattress return policy?

Once the mattress is used, we do not take any returns. There are no trials for the mattresses we sell. As much as we would like to support returns, but our goal to keep the prices low does not allow us to take returns.

If you have purchased a mattress which comes with a warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. For mattress repairs, please contact us on the mentioned email in the section below.

Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?

Yes, applicable return shipping costs will be charged to you. The shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method.
